Question:

If Hajj is open to all this year, it will be compulsory to be vaccinated. If the obligation has become Fardh this year for someone, should they take the vaccination and perform their Fardh Hajj, bearing in mind that Salah will also take place in accordance with social distancing?

On the one hand there is a Fardh obligation; yet on the other hand there is at best a doubtful vaccine and Salahs that will take place abrogating the explicit obligation of standing shoulder to shoulder with no gaps.

What should a person do in this situation? Some argue that people previously had to have, for example, meningitis vaccination in order to go for Hajj so what’s the difference now?

Answer

In the current scenario, environment and conditions of shaitaaniyat, zulm and sin, it is not permissible to go for even the Fardh Hajj, In the process of performing the Hajj, one is obliged to submit to a host of haraam and Satanism. Even the Haram Shareef has been converted into a weird temple where kufr is practised in the name of Islam just as the Mushrikeen of Makkah used to perform ‘hajj’ in the name of the Deen of Nabi Ibraaheem (Alayhis salaam). This is not permissible.

In fact, according to Imaam Maalik (Rahmatullah alayh), if there is certitude that even one Fardh Salaat will be missed along the journey, then the incumbency of Hajj is waived. Currently, it is not only an issue of missing one Fardh Salaat.  A host of satanistic conditions and performances – satanic protocols – has to be suffered. Shaitaaniyat and Kufr are imposed on travellers by the kuffaar Saudi regime as well as by the other kuffaar regimes, including the South African government which is in league with the Devil countries who subscribe to the covid religion of Satan.

It is therefore not permissible to undertake the journey  to become soiled and smeared with kufr, fisq and fujoor , and to suffer  villainous indignities to perform a ‘hajj’  which has been transformed  into some weird ritual  similar to the type of ‘hajj’ which the Mushrikeen of Makkah had adopted. ‘Hajj’ today has become a ritual of a Satanist cult.

What should a person do in this evil shaitaani cultist scenario when Hajj has become Fardh?  When Hajj becomes Fardh in the current Satanist era, make a Wasiyyat  for Hajj-e-Badal to be performed on your behalf should you be unable to fulfil this Fardh obligation prior to your Maut.  Should the situation normalize, then you have to go for Hajj. If the situation remains satanic, but normalizes after your Maut, your heirs will execute Hajj on your behalf in terms of your Wasiyyat.

They have to keep in trust the money you leave for your Hajj until such time that the situation normalizes. If it remains satanized, then your Wasi (executor) or your heirs should perpetuate the Wasiyyat, and have the Hajj performed whenever the situation normalizes. The process of Wasiyyat should continue from generation to generation. The money will remain in trust.

To overcome the Satanism of kuffaar inflation, the money should be converted into gold coins. In each era, the amount necessary for Hajj in that particular time should be retained while the excess profit should be given as Sadqah on behalf of the Mayyit.

Assuming that the situation does not normalize even after some generations, the Wasiyyat must be incumbently perpetuated. It will normalize, Insha-Allah, with the advent of Imaam Mahdi (Alayhis salaam). The Hajj-e-Badal could then be executed correctly. And Allah knows best.

DO NOT VENTURE TO TRAVEL IN THIS ERA OF FITNAH – FITNAH OF THE SWINES – FITNAH OF SUCH DEVILS WHO ARE WORSE THAN THE FATHER OF THE DEVILS, VIZ., IBLEES LAEEN.
